Engineering design
Engineering design and quotation of carpentry or glazing products involves measuring the dimensions on-site or at the installation location, using either manual or specialized measuring equipment, with the data being transferred into the company’s computer system. The dimensions are then implemented into specialized design software. Quotation involves calculating the estimate by identifying the required materials and works, using quotation programs. Processing files for CNC machines and consumption slips are generated. The design and quotation services can be included in the final price or offered for an additional fee, depending on the client.
Profile bending
Bending of PVC profiles involves designing, heating, and bending them to create various shapes used for windows and doors. The profiles are heated in a special oven and shaped on a table with specialized devices.
Depending on the type and color of the profile, curves can be made with radii from 350 mm to large arches. These can be used both in in-house production and by collaborating clients.
Transport
Transporting joinery products requires special attention, and we guarantee that each product reaches its destination safely. We have specially equipped vehicles designed to ensure optimal protection of the joinery during transport.
