Thermal insulating glass(thermopane) is a complex window solution consisting of two, three or more panes of glass, separated by aluminum or composite spacers (warm edge). Proiectare

Proiectarea și ofertarea produselor din tâmplărie și geamuri începe cu măsurători precise, realizate direct pe șantier sau la locația de montaj, folosind echipamente manuale sau specializate. Datele colectate sunt integrate în sistemul informatic al companiei și procesate prin programe de proiectare avansate.

Ofertarea implică calculul detaliat al devizului, identificând materialele și lucrările necesare cu ajutorul software-urilor specializate. Ulterior, se generează fișierele de prelucrare pentru utilajele cu comandă numerică, precum și bonurile de consum.

Aceste servicii pot fi incluse în prețul final al produsului sau oferite separat, în funcție de cerințele clientului.

Producție

Producția GIP înseamnă fabrică proprie pentru realizarea tâmplăriei din pvc și aluminiu, geamurilor termoizolante, sticlei securizate și geamului laminat, utilizând tehnologii moderne. Producția se desfășoară în hale de mare capacitate, echipate cu utilaje cu comandă numerică, precum centre de debitare și etichetare profile, centre de găurire și frezare profile, linii de sudare a profilelor la patru capete cu finisare V-PERFECT, instalații pentru aplicarea foliei decorative pe profile, mașini de curbat profile, mese automate pentru tăierea geamurilor, utilaje CNC pentru prelucrarea geamurilor, cuptoare pentru securizare și laminare, precum și linii de spălare, asamblare, presare și sigilare a geamului termoizolant. Această infrastructură modernă asigură un proces de producție eficient și de înaltă calitate.
